Location is great

Cleanliness of the bathroom ( the sink was dirty)and balcony was very dusty.

Nothing this time, unfortunately. I left being very affected, an thinking not to come back.

The way I was treated by the receptionins. I was very, very, disappointed, because of the mind limitation of the receptionist. Most of the time visiting Ramee Intl Hotel with all my pleasure I was served perfectly by Mr Risha, but this time when he missiing, the other guy showed me that he is immature, with no experience. I had a booking for 2 nights and confirmation through email via Booking.com., therefore I was expecting to have my room rezerved, right? It was not like this. They gave my room to somone else, perhaps to make some extra money and smiling with gumption to me the guy said "We do not have a room for you with king bed". I showed him the booking confirmation and correspondence I had with the hotel in which I informed them from time that I will be coming late in the night, and I specified in correspondence with them that I do not need bad surprises. The hotel replayed to me "Noted", but the fact was opposite. They did not care about my request and put me to go to a neighbouring hotel in th middle of the night, being tired from a long way there. I wanted to fight the receptioninst, but suddenly I realized he is just a poor man, trying to get some money. He has a painted or tattooed ring on his finger, probably because he could not afford to buy a real one. I said okay, and I left, but in my mouth I felt a bitter taste. Ramee brand is compromised by non-experienced people, and I do regret now going there last time. Therefore if you meet that guy, please expect you to be treated with contempt and ignorance by a poor man who is happy to see you suffering.

The room is big, clean and quiet with a microwave and an eletric cooker provided. A big bottle of drinking water as well as a simple plate of fruit is also provided for the room.

No hot water for the shower or the wash basin which is annoying especially when the weather is no longer hot. The pillows are not soft enough and too high so i could only sleep on my sides instead of on my back.

The room was clean

Very smelly hallways, smelled in some places of stale beer, pee and sewer. For some reason my bathroom was smelling of sigarettes all the time, despite having a non smoking room. There is a sports bar where you can have a drink or play pool. However the music is extremely loud and high-pitched (as in hurting ears loud). When you ask the bar tender to put it down a little bit he just shrugs and does as if he doesn't understand what you're asking. Also he should learn how to tap a stout. Tip: it's not by putting the glas down under the tap,filling up the glass entirely, and then immediately putting it in front of your customer.

The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and well cared for. The staff is friendly.

The interior is a bit old. There is a night club on the first floor so it's noisy in the lower floors. We stayed in the fifth floor and could still feel the beats a bit. The swimming pool surroundings are not really inviting.

Ordered food from the hotel restaurant. It was little expensive but it was really delicious.

The room was so noisy. The noise from outside was interfering the comfort level at this hotel

I like the location (beside american alley). You all have the resto you need when hunger strikes. Staff working were friendly, From front desk (Mr. Leonardo and Mr.Amin) to Mr. Sabuj who helped us with our bags. All were polite and kind. Room were amazingly clean and this is the most important.

Nothing at all. It was all perfect.

I specifically asked for a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room! I ended up sneezing the entire night! I couldn’t even asked for a room change since when I checked in, I just dropped my bags and left and I arrived late in the evening already. I called the reception, and nobody answered.

I like the staff. They were very nice, polite and helpful with all my questions. The room was clean and staff cleaned room daily, or at request. My room was quiet. Good A/C. Good TV channels. Good WiFi. I overall enjoyed my time with them except for a couple of problems.

The bath water was not hot for me. Soaking in the tub wasn't possible due to cool water, the water heater was not good? The parking area was not secured. Someone stole my wheel caps. the staff did go and buy my replacements but I did pay for them. I thought they should have paid for them

Good location, good activities, good hospitality. Hotel lend me a plug adapter, when I asked.

All the sockets in the room are G Type. I had to borrowed an adapter from the reception.

Grate big room with good care of costomer

Tub bath don't have stopper, since 2017 review about room remain room it's Strang, it has domes mail and mobile details. I don't like this information to keep as such
